How much flooring do I need to order?
Each box covers 1.403m² (4 planks). Enter your room size into the calculator on any colour's page and it'll automatically round up to the nearest full box and show you the total — boxes can't be split. We'd also recommend ordering an extra 5–10% on top of your measured area to allow for cuts and wastage.
Can I get a sample before I order?
Yes — select "Free sample" on the quote form below and tell us which colourway(s) you'd like to see, and we'll get a physical sample out to you before you commit to a full order.
Is delivery included in the online price?
No — the price shown online is supply only. Delivery is available and calculated per job based on your location and order size — request a delivery quote and we'll confirm a cost before you pay for anything extra.
Do you install the flooring?
Installation is available on request through our trusted local installation partners across the Northern Rivers. It's quoted per job after a measure, rather than sold as a fixed online price, since every subfloor and room is different.
What's the warranty?
Our hybrid flooring carries a manufacturer wear warranty of 10 years commercial use / 15 years residential use. Warranty claims require the manufacturer's installation and care instructions to have been followed.
Is it fire resistant?
The core is a dense, mineral-filled SPC (stone polymer composite), which doesn't support flame spread the way solid timber flooring does. We don't currently hold a certified fire test rating for this product — if you need one for a commercial fitout, get in touch and we'll check with our supplier.
Can I install it myself?
Yes — it's a Uniclic click-lock floor with a pre-attached IXPE underlay, so there's no glue and no separate underlay to buy. Just make sure your subfloor is clean, dry and level, let the boards acclimatise in the room for 24 hours first, and leave a 5mm expansion gap at the walls.
How do I look after my new floor?
Sweep or vacuum regularly, wipe up spills promptly, and use felt pads under furniture legs to prevent scratching. Avoid steam mops and abrasive or solvent-based cleaners — a damp microfibre mop with a pH-neutral floor cleaner is all it needs.
Is GST included in the price?
The $39/m² headline price is shown excluding GST, in line with standard trade pricing. The online order calculator shows your checkout total including GST, so there are no surprises at payment.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Online orders are processed through Square's secure checkout. For larger trade orders, we're also happy to arrange direct invoicing — just get in touch through the quote form.
